InterGlobe Enterprises (IGE) launches AI enabled joint venture with CP Gurnani
IGE and former Tech Mahindra CEO Mr. C P Gurnani’s family office have formed a joint venture, AionOS. AionOS will use predictive learning using AI and machine learning to offer customised solutions in the logistics, travel, transportation, and hospitality space.
IGE will hold majority stake in the joint venture. The JV will be formed in Singapore with fulfilment centres and branches in India, the US, the UK, Paris, Africa, and the Middle East.
Jyoti Sagar provided overall guidance and strategic inputs for the structure of the joint venture.
Other team members were Lalit Kumar, Partner and Ms. Muskaan Gupta, Associate.
