Siddhesh is a 2017 law graduate from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He acts on behalf of and advises diverse clients including multinational and Indian companies and high net worth individuals in complex commercial arbitrations and litigation proceedings. He also advises clients on white collar crime matters.

His experience includes acting on behalf of the lead respondent before the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in the reference on the Group of Companies doctrine in Indian arbitration law. He was also a part of the team which handled an international arbitration arising out of a bilateral investment treaty. Siddhesh has sector specific expertise in relation to advising automobile manufacturers on a variety of legal issues including product liability claims. He also acts on behalf of several reputed global not for profit entities involved in climate change.

Siddhesh’s practice includes advising clients on general corporate advisory and agreements such as vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, services agreements, lease agreements and other such contracts.
