JSA advised Francisco Partners and its Indian subsidiary, on the India leg of the acquisition of the STARLIMS informatics product suite and related business assets from Abbott Laboratories.

Francisco Partners is a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology and technology-enabled businesses. STARLIMS is a world-class Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solution which was owned by Abbott Laboratories, a global healthcare company with leading businesses and products in diagnostics, medical devices, nutritionals and branded generic medicines.
