JSA is advising Nutritionalab Private Limited (Wellbeing Nutrition) and its Founders in Wellbeing Nutrition’s Series B round. The Series B round includes participation from incoming investor Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), and existing investor Fireside Ventures (Fireside).
This Series B round included secondary sales by Founders and angel investors.
Wellbeing Nutrition is a manufacturer and omni-channel seller of science-backed, benefit-led clean products in the health and wellbeing sector. HUL, a leader in the FMCG space, seeks to enter into the fast-growing health and wellness D2C category with this investment. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
