Shivali advises clients on capital markets transactions and corporate advisory matters, including general corporate commercial laws, Indian securities law, and foreign exchange control laws.
She has advised various issuers, underwriters, and selling shareholders (including some of the largest private equity firms such as Sequoia Capital, True North, and the Carlyle Group) across public offerings, qualified institutions placements, and rights issues. Shivali has an experience of more than eight years and has previously worked with ICICI Bank Limited and AZB & Partners.
