J. Sagar Associates (JSA) assisted and advised MindTickle Inc. in relation to the India law aspects of the fund raise led by Softbank Vision Fund, and other existing investors.
Amongst others, the deal involved an analysis of the ODI regulations in the context of proposed divestment by founders and sale of shares by employees who had been awarded ESOPs.
The transaction is valued at USD 100 million.
