Evolvence India Fund III Ltd, a Mauritius based fund (“Evolvence”) was the lead investor in a USD 14 Million investment in Hella Infra Market Limited (“Company”), the other investors being Accel India V (Mauritius) Limited, Internet Fund V Pte Ltd, Nexus Ventures V Limited, Sistema Asia Fund Pte Ltd, SACAP India Private Limited. The investment is to be followed by an additional investment of approximately USD 6 Million no later than January 2021.
JSA acted as the advisor to Evolvence India Fund III Ltd while the Company was represented by IndusLaw.
The Company is engaged in the business of whole-sale trade for infrastructure materials, through a centralized online market.
