J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised Sundaram Finance Holdings Limited (“SFHL”) and its affiliate entity in their investment in Italian company Mind S.r.l, an automotive component maker in composite materials.
The strategic investment in MIND S.r.l would enable SFHL to facilitate the sharing of manufacturing excellence, systems and automation, together with MIND’s composite manufacturing expertise and support their expansion in the rapidly growing composite materials space.
