Francisco Partners acquires International Business of CDK Global and rebrands as Keyloop

J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised CDK Global, Inc (“CDK”) on the India leg of the sale of its International business segment (“CDK”), to Francisco Partners. CDK is a leading provider of automotive retail software solutions in EMEA and Asia and Francisco Partners is a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology businesses.

The deal value of the transaction is $1.45 Billion.

JSA team comprised Lead Partner and Joint Managing Partner – Vivek K Chandy, Partner – Rishabh Gupta, and Associates – Sanjna Vijh. Partner – Shareen Gupta and Consultant -Ruchita Modi assisted on tax aspects.
