SBI extends facilities aggregating to USD 1.25 bn to three subsidiaries of Adani Enterprises for financing India’s largest greenfield expressway project – Ganga Expressway

JSA advised the State Bank of India acting as the sole lender in relation to three INR loan facilities aggregating to a total of INR 10,238 Crores, being availed by three subsidiaries of Adani Enterprises Limited, namely Budaun Hardoi Road Private Limited, Hardoi Unnao Road Private Limited and Unnao Prayagraj Road Private Limited, for the development of access controlled six lane (expandable to eight lane) greenfield project ‘Ganga Expressway’ in the state of Uttar Pradesh with a total length of 464.247 km from Budaun to Prayagraj, on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (“DBFOT”) (Toll) basis.
