JSA advised State Bank of India in the issue of US$ 300 Million Formosa Bonds  under the US$ 10 Billion  Medium Term Note Programme.

The Formosa Bonds are listed on the Taipei Exchange and India International Exchange ( IFSC) Limited.

JSA also assisted and facilitated listing of SBI’s Formosa Bonds on the Global Securities Market of India International Exchange ( IFSC) Limited, India’s international stock exchange at the IFSC GIFT City.

SBI’s transaction is a’ first ever’ Formosa  Bonds Issue by an Indian Bank.
