JSA advised B Capital in its primary investment in Series E fund raise of Wickedride Adventures Services Private Limited (“Bounce”). Bounce is a Bengaluru based e-mobility start-up focused on electric scooter and swappable-batter business. Its long term e-mobility plans include building a battery-swapping network which would allow Bounce to sell scooters without a battery, sharply cutting down the price tag.
Series E fund raise involved structuring to adjust the inter se shareholding of the investors, in compliance with applicable RBI rules & regulations, and other applicable laws.
