J. Sagar Associates advised and assisted Godrej Fund Management, the real estate focused private equity arm of the Godrej Group, for an acquisition by GBTC II (Asset A) Pte. Ltd (an investment vehicle under the build-to-core office platform set up along with investors in early 2021) of 100% shareholding of Vagishwari Land Developers Private Limited (Company) from Puravankara Limited, a Bengaluru based real estate developer. The Company holds a land parcel of around 4.45 acres in Hobli, Bangalore with 1 million sq ft development potential, which will now be used for development of a commercial complex by the Company.
