Sagar Associates advised ICICI Securities Limited, IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited in relation to the initial public offering of RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RailTel) of INR 8,192.42 million. RailTel is an information and communications technology infrastructure provider and is one of the largest neutral telecom infrastructure providers in India (Source: CRISIL Report). It is a Mini Ratna (Category-I) Central Public Sector Enterprise, which was wholly-owned by the Government of India and under the administrative control of the Ministry of Railways. As per reports, the IPO was oversubscribed by 42 times. The equity shares of RailTel were listed on the stock exchanges on February 26, 2021.
