Godrej Fund Management sets up another Office Development Platform

J. Sagar Associates (JSA) assisted and advised in setting up theBuild-To-Core-II platform (GBTC II) byGodrej Fund Management (GFM), the real estate private equity arm of Godrej Group. The platform will invest in developing Grade-A office buildings at leading key markets in India. Dutch fund APG Strategic Real Estate Pool N.V. (APG) has invested in the platform with co-investment from Godrej Group.

The GBTC II platform will be managed by GFM. The platform size is USD 500 million.
