J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised and assisted iBus Network and Infrastructure Private Limited (Company) and its promoters in connection with its round of equity funding from Morgan Stanley’s India Infrastructure Fund. Morgan Stanley’s India Infrastructure Fund has invested INR 150 crores for its stake in the Company. The Company is engaged in the business of deploying, operating and maintenance of services in relation to in-building passive telecom infrastructure solutions. The Company currently deploys its infrastructure across several commercial, residential and retail sites across the country.
The deal value of the transaction is INR 150 Crores.
JSA team comprised Lead Partner – Probir Roy Chowdhury; Principal Associate – Yajas Setlur, and Senior Associate – Kavya Katherine Thayil.
