J. Sagar Associates advised and assisted Curefit in its 100% acquisition of Fitternity.
Fitternity is involved in the business of aggregation of wellness equipment and fitness facilities on digital platform. Fitternity, through its digital platform, enables users to make bookings across several fitness and wellness centres in the country. The acquisition will help Curefit scale its Cult Pass, which provides an all access pass to offline gyms and cult centres in the country.
