JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) is advising G. Surgiwear Limited in relation to its proposed initial public offering of equity shares comprising of a fresh issue aggregating up to INR 3,700 million and an offer for sale aggregating up to INR 3,700 million by the Promoter Selling Shareholder.
The Company is engaged in the design, development and manufacture of a wide range of surgical products including disposable drapes and dressings as well as medical implantable devices including hydrocephalus shunts and orthopaedic implants, among others.
