JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised IIFL Capital Services Limited and Indorient Financial Services Limited in relation to the proposed initial public offering of equity shares of Associated Power Structures Limited.

The Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for the proposed IPO was filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the stock exchanges on 27 September 2025.
