JSA represented Rangsons Aerospace Private Limited (“Rangsons”) and its promoters in raising INR 300 Crores from ValueQuest Investment Advisors.
Rangsons is a leading product technology and precision manufacturing company engaged in manufacturing components for fluid distribution systems, complex system integration and software for SATCOM and datalinks for global aerospace companies and defence forces across the world.
As part of the transaction, JSA provided end-to-end support in addressing any diligence and corporate matters which arose, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents and also assisted with closing actions.
