JSA represented Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited (“Unimech”) in its strategic investment in Dheya Engineering Technologies Private Limited (“Dheya”) structured in milestones to support product development and commercialization of micro gas turbines being developed by Dheya. This strategic collaboration unfolds new opportunities for Unimech, enabling it to serve customers from design to manufacturing, offering turnkey solutions in fluid dynamics, actuators, and advanced testing systems.
In addition to that, Unimech has also secured an exclusive manufacturing right for Dheya’s innovative products, leveraging Unimech’s state-of-the-art facilities and expertise in this domain. This partnership reinforces Unimech’s position in high-precision engineering and strengthens its ability to expand into new markets and scale operations globally.
As part of the transaction, JSA provided end-to-end support in negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents and also assisted with closing actions. In addition to that, JSA has also assisted Unimech in drafting/reviewing and finalizing the exclusive manufacturing agreement executed with Dheya.
