JSA advises Promoters on stake sale in Nirlon Limited

JSA advised Kunal Sagar and Alfano Pte Ltd, Promoters of Nirlon Limited (“Nirlon”) in their sale of 2.5% of the share capital of Nirlon Limited through market sales. Nirlon is engaged in the business of development and management of the Industrial Park / Information Technology (IT) Park, i.e. Nirlon Knowledge Park (NKP) in Mumbai. Remaining continuing Promoters of Nirlon include Rahul Sagar and GIC.

Our Transaction Team Comprised Partner – Vikram Raghani, and Birbahadur Sachar and Associate – Vaishnavi Vyas.
