J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised and assisted Metarain Distributors Private Limited (Myra) and its promoters, in connection with the 100% acquisition of the shares of Myra by Medlife International Private Limited (Medlife). The acquisition will be completed pursuant to two closings, and the structure contemplates a share swap mechanism as well. The transaction documents have been executed and the first closing has been completed.
