JSA Advocates & Solictors (JSA) advised Panthera Growth Partners Pte Ltd and its affiliates, a Singapore-based growth equity firm, on their investment in Innefu Labs Limited, India’s leading artificial intelligence company focused on national security and indigenous multi-modal fusion systems deployed across defence, intelligence, law enforcement, revenue intelligence and large enterprise clients. The investment was undertaken through a combination of primary (Series B round) and secondary investments.
The JSA team was led by Siddharth Mody, Partner, with support from Anurag Shrivastav, Partner and team members Tanmayee Sahoo, Senior Associate and Atul Mohta, Associate.
