JSA advised and represented The Tata Power Company Limited before the Competition Commission of India

J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised and represented The Tata Power Company Limited (TPCL) before the Competition Commission of India for seeking its approval for the acquisition of 51% of equity share capital of the North Eastern Electricity Supply Company of Odisha Limited (NESCO Utility). TPCL, a public listed company is a part of the Tata Group and is primarily engaged in the business of power generation, transmission and distribution in India. NESCO Utility is one of the four power distribution companies present in the State of Odisha.

JSA team comprised Partner – Vaibhav Choukse, Principal Associate – Ela Bali and Associate – Aditi Khanna.
