JSA advised and assisted Veranda XL Learning Solutions Private Limited (“Veranda“) (a subsidiary of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited) in its acquisition of J.K. Shah Education Private Limited (“J.K. Shah“).

J.K. Shah has been a pioneer in coaching the CA, CS, and CMA aspirants in India for the last 39 years, and is one of the largest test-prep organizations in India. It currently operates through 75 centres located across 39 Indian cities and is headquartered in Mumbai.
