JSA Advocates & Solicitors has advised IvyCap Ventures Fund and its affiliates on their investment in Astranova Mobility Private Limited (formerly known as Electrifi Mobility Private Limited).
Astranova Mobility is engaged in providing sustainable transportation solutions, including electric vehicle (EV) asset management and financing solutions such as leasing.
