JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised VTLLP in relation to its acquisition of a Tea Estate and a Historic British Era Mansion located in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu. The property was originally owned by Hindustan Unilever Limited since 1963 and has been successfully acquired as part of this transaction.
