JSA advised Clean Max Atlas Private Limited, a subsidiary of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited, in relation to a rupee term loan facility aggregating to INR 630,00,00,000, including a letter of credit facility as a sub-limit, availed by the Company from a consortium of banks consisting of BNP Paribas and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.
The facility is being utilised for the development of a greenfield 100 MW AC wind power plant in the state of Karnataka.
