JSA advised Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited (“Clean Max”) in relation to a rupee term loan facility aggregating to INR 270,00,00,000, including a letter of credit facility as a sub-limit, availed by the Company from The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.
The facility is being utilised for the development of a greenfield 66 MW AC / 99 MW DC solar power plant in the state of Rajasthan.
