JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advises AgreeYa Solutions on its acquisition by Computacenter. As part of the global transaction, Computacenter Plc., a listed technology and service provider, has acquired professional services company AgreeYa Solutions Inc., and assets of AgreeYa Solutions India.
AgreeYa serves large enterprise customers across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, professional services and local government. The company employs over 600 professionals in the United States and more than 700 in India, including contract staff. The acquisition of AgreeYa is intended to strengthen Computacenter’s presence in target markets while enhancing its professional services capabilities in the United States and India.
The transaction was led by Prakriti Jaiswal, Partner with support from the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions team comprising Rishika Agarwal, Senior Associate and Mahi Jaiswal and Kirti Vardhan Singh, Associate.
Prakriti specialises in mergers & cross border investments & acquisitions and private equity transactions. Her experience includes rendering advisory and structuring services on a variety of transactions including acquisitions of shares & business, private equity investments, joint ventures and corporate advisory.
