JSA advised and assisted Software is Correct, Inc. (“Clear“) in its acquisition of Xpedize Ventures Private Limited (“Xpedize”).
Clear (formerly ClearTax), a fintech SaaS company has acquired supply chain financing technology firm Xpedize.
As part of the transaction, Clear has purchased securities held by the founders of Xpedize, as well as angel and financial investors (such as HDFC Capital, and YourNest).
