JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Centrum Housing Finance Limited (“CHFL”) and Centrum Capital Limited (“CCL”) on the sale of CCL’s entire shareholding in CHFL to Weaver Services Private Limited (“Weaver”), subject to approval from the shareholders of CCL and CHFL, as well as other requisite statutory, regulatory and third party approvals.
Founded by Satrajit Bhattacharya, Weaver has been set up with an intent to enter the affordable home finance space and is backed by marquee investors such as Premji Invest, Light Speed, and Gaja Capital.
