• Advised Growtheum Capital Partners in relation to the investment in Wonder Homes Finance.
• Advised Centrum Capital Limited in relation to its exit from Centrum Housing Finance Limited by sale of shares to Weaver Services Private Limited.
• Advised a client in securing a ‘Press Note 3 (2020) Series’ approval for up to 49% investment in India in relation to its joint venture with a subsidiary of an Indian listed company.
• Advised Adroit USA Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary – AUSA Medical Devices Private Limited and their promoters, in connection with the 100% sale of Adroit USA Inc. and AUSA Medical Devices Private Limited to Medical Device, Inc. (an entity set up by Arterex for the purposes of the acquisition).
• Advised Aimia Inc. and Paladin Private Equity on their acquisition of Tufropes Private Limited and the business undertakings of India Nets (a leading global manufacturer of high-performance synthetic fiber ropes and netting solutions).
• Assisted in advising I Squared Capital in connection with the sale of its 100% interest in Amplus Energy Solutions Pte. Ltd. to Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas), Malaysia’s fully integrated oil and gas multinational.
• Assisted in advising ReNew Power Ventures Private Limited in connection with the acquisition of Ostro Energy Private Limited (along with its subsidiaries and joint ventures) from Ostro Renewable Power Limited.
• Advised Xponentia Capital in relation to its investment in Asego Global.
• Advised La Renon Healthcare in relation to the acquisition of shares by Creador and Sigular Guff.
• Advised three private equity investors in relation to the sale of their stake in Ocean Sparkle Limited to The Adani Harbour Services Limited, part of the Adani Group.
• Advised Veranda XL Learning Solutions Private Limited (a subsidiary of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited) in its acquisition of J.K. Shah Education Private Limited.
• Advised Hidden Harbor Capital Partners on the acquisition of Dayco, LLC along with its Indian subsidiary – Dayco Power Transmission Private Limited.
• Advised Oman India Joint Investment Fund in its primary investment in Senco Gold Limited.
• Advised Alliance Insurance Brokers Private Limited in relation to its proposed capital raise from new private equity investors.
• Advised Synova on its investment in Klearcom.
• Advised Software is Correct, Inc. (ClearTax) in its acquisition of Xpedize Ventures Private Limited.
• Advised Morus Technologies Pte. Ltd in its Series C Fund Raise, which involved a combination of debt and equity funding from various investors.
• Advised JQR Sports (India) Private Limited in connection with the investment by Venturi.
• Advised a client (currently operating in the food catering space in India) in successfully securing the approval of the Government of India for undertaking retail trading of food and beverages manufactured or produced in India by other manufacturers.
• Assisted in advising Centrum Housing Finance Limited in connection with the investment by Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia.
• Assisted in advising Norwest Venture Partners in relation to its investment in Ummeed Housing Finance.
• Assisted in advising Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia in connection with its further round of investment and subsequent exit from Five-Star Business Finance Limited, a non-banking financial company.
• Assisted in advising Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia in connection with its further round of investment in Kogta Financial (India) Limited, a non-banking financial company.
