JSA represented Toyota Tsusho Corporation in their joint venture with Tokai Corp to establish a company providing medical treatment-related services, such as linen supply services, to hospitals in India.
The transaction involved the setting up of a joint venture entity which would inter alia provide Japanese-style high quality linen collection, laundering, storage, and management services that are necessary for infection control in hospitals.
The joint venture entity also executed definitive documents with other entities with which it will collaborate to provide such services.
