Arun has also been involved in several public-private partnership (PPP) projects with Government authorities in sectors such as airports, highways, water supply, waste management and energy projects.

He   has been involved in advising on risk identification and risk mitigation in tenders and contracts in infrastructure sectors such as airports, energy, waste management, roads & highways, leisure & hospitality, and commercial and residential real estate development.

In infrastructure projects, he has represented developers, financial and strategic investors in transactions involving the purchase or sale of infrastructure assets, including large portfolios deals, single-asset deals and joint ventures.

Arun also advises domestic and international companies on large scale land diligence, and land acquisition across India for projects that are being developed by such companies.

Given his background and experience in the construction sector, Arun also has significant experience in advising on contract management, pre-dispute strategies, claims and delay analysis, and claims negotiations.
