JSA advised ki Mobility Solutions Private Limited (Ki) and its promoter TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited, on Ki’s Series C fund raise. The round saw participation from incoming investor Castrol Limited (Castrol) and existing investor Exor Co-invest Fund I ILP (funding arm of Exor NV). As part of the round Ki and Castrol entered into supply, brand, and technology arrangements to create a co-branded service and maintenance network and B2C aftermarket network in India.
ki Mobility is a part of the TVS group, one of the large players in the India automotive industry and houses all the recent acquisitions of the TVS group in the Indian automotive aftermarket. It is a digital platform aggregating 24/7 emergency roadside assistance; multi brand passenger car services; multi brand commercial vehicle services; and parts supply. Castrol is part of Castrol Limited UK (part of BP Group). It is engaged in the business of manufacturing and marketing of automotive and industrial lubricants and related services. Exor NV is a global investment and holding company and is a key/largest shareholder in Stellantis, Ferrari and CNH Industrial, global reinsurer PartnerRe, the football team Juventus F.C. and the international newspaper The Economist.

Nripi specialises in competition law. Rishabh specializes in corporate transaction advisory, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate commercial transactions. He has extensive experience with cross border subscriptions and sales, business transfers, leveraged and structured acquisitions and early stage investments.
Vaibhav is heading the Firm’s Competition Law Practice and has been practicing competition law since its inception in India. He focuses on complex enforcement/ litigation and merger control cases and represents and advises clients on a broad range of competition law issues spanning across several sectors.
Vivek assumed office as the Joint Managing Partner of the Firm from January 2019. He has over 30 years of experience in areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate commercial work and real estate advisory in India.
