JSA advised Honasa Consumer Private Limited, the parent company of the brand (“Mamaearth“) in its 100% acquisition of Just4kids Services Private Limited (“Momspresso“).
Momspresso runs female oriented content platform and associated influencer engagement platform called Momspresso MyMoney.
Mamaearth gave exit to all the existing investors of Momspresso and also a phased exit to the promoters of Momspresso over an agreed period of time. Mamaearth will also infuse additional primary capital in Momspresso.
