JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised Wishlink (operating under the entity Creatormon Private Limited) and its founders, Shaurya Gupta, Divyansh Ameta and Chandan Yadav, in its Series B fundraise of INR 1.57 billion led by Vertex Ventures, with continued backing and investment from its existing investors, Elevation Capital and Fundamentum Partnership. The transaction also involved Elevation Capital and Fundamentum Partnership acquiring shares from the founders and certain angel investors.
JSA played a pivotal role in the transaction, delivering comprehensive, end-to-end legal counsel and strategic guidance to Wishlink and its founders, including drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents, and assisting with the completion of conditions precedent and the closing process.
The JSA team was led by Partner Kartik Jain, with support from Associates Dushyant Thakur and Anmol Mahajan, and Senior Company Secretary Alisha Chawla.
Kartik’s key focus area is Mergers & Acquisitions as well Private Equity transactions. He has assisted clients from the inception of the acquisition, contributed during negotiations and helped in completion of the transaction.
