J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised and assisted iBus Network and Infrastructure Private Limited (iBus) in its 100% acquisition of stake in Ubico Networks Private Limited (Ubico). Ubico is engaged in the business of designing, deploying and maintaining neutral shared in-building passive telecommunication infrastructure by means of distributed antenna systems.
The acquisition has resulted in iBus becoming one the largest neutral in-building and in-campus network coverage providers.

His expertise covers emerging areas such as OTT platforms, digital broadcasting, data regulations, and telecom infrastructure.
