JSA advised Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Limited (“Issuer“) in relation to its initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹ 12,009.98 million (“IPO“). The IPO comprised of a Fresh Issue of ₹6,000.00 million and an Offer for Sale of ₹ 6,009.98 million.
The Issuer is amongst the top 10 retailers of ethnic apparel, particularly sarees, in south India in terms of revenues and profit after tax in Fiscal 2020, 2021 and 2022 (Source: Technopak Report) and offers their products to various segments of the market that include premium ethnic fashion, ethnic fashion for middle income and value-fashion.
