Can you talk about your accomplishments in the first term, and what new goals you have set for yourselves in this second term?

While settling into our first term, the onset of the pandemic meant that we had to focus on the then immediate need for business continuity and the overall well-being of our people. The collective efforts of our partners and people enabled a smooth transition to work from home and maintain consistent client service levels. The firm’s robust IT infrastructure, online tools, and repositories further enabled the firm to perform at peak levels and emerge stronger.
