Archana has worked in private equity, capital markets and general corporate teams and has primarily worked on investments by private equity investors in unlisted companies and offerings of equities and securities by listed and unlisted companies.

Brijita’s primary practice area is property laws. She has extensive experience in title diligence and transaction advisory in the real estate sector.

Karthik has extensive experience in advising on the entire gamut of Real Estate transactions. He regularly advises on structuring various real estate transactions and drafting agreements including leasing of large commercial and retail spaces, property acquisition, investments in real estate, and financing.

Kumarmanglam is an equity partner of the firm and also heads the direct tax and regulatory practice at JSA. He has more than 25 years of experience in matters relating to direct taxation (including international taxation, transfer pricing, litigation, anti-avoidance laws, and M&A tax), accounting, and corporate laws including mergers and acquisition, joint ventures, foreign investments, market entry strategy, and corporate restructuring.

Vivek assumed office as the Joint Managing Partner of the Firm from January 2019. He has over 30 years of experience in areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate commercial work and real estate advisory in India.
