JSA advised B Capital and Tribe Capital in respect of their primary investment in Kyte Technologies, Inc. (Kyte), a company engaged in the business of development and operation of KhataBook mobile application which helps merchants with simple, reliable and efficient means of ledger maintenance, through its Indian subsidiaries ADJ Utility Apps Private Limited and SiliconVeins Private Limited. The investment also saw participation from other marquee investors. The total amount raised by the Company in the primary round was approximately US$ 90 million. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the round to enlarge its footprint and increase products portfolio.
The fund raise was part of strategic transaction for expansion of the company and benefits of its employees.
