Saraf Foods Limited, is an unlisted company engaged in the niche business of manufacture of IQF, air dried products, freeze dried fruits, vegetables and sprouts, lentils and herbs and sale of packed freeze-dried foods to domestic and export customers.
JSA represented all the Sellers, which included, apart from the Saraf family, DAF – Investment Fund for Developing, DSG Consumer Partners, DSGCP Tyeb, Pedoria Group Limited, Dr. Atul Jani and Essay Commercial Resources Private Limited.
The deal size was INR 170 Crores / USD 20 million
