JSA advised Nippon Leakless Corporation (“NLK“) along with its Indian subsidiary Leakless Gasket India Private Limited on the successful purchase of 40% shareholding held by its joint-venture partner, Talbros Automotive Components Limited in Nippon Leakless Talbros Private Limited. Upon the purchase of 40% shareholding, the joint venture and certain ancillary arrangements were terminated and NLK and Leakless Gasket India Private Limited now hold 100% shareholding in Nippon Leakless Talbros Private Limited.
Nippon Leakless Talbros Private Limited is, inter-alia, engaged in the business of designing and manufacturing of gaskets catering to two-wheeler manufacturers.
