JSA advised Super Milk Products (which operates under the brand Keventers) and its promoters in relation to acquisition of a minority stake by Jubilant.
Keventers was launched in the year 1925 as a manufacturer of milkshakes. It has since diversified its operations and recently launched its gourmet ice cream range. It has outlets in India and abroad (such as Dubai and Kenya).
The investment is expected to help Keventers accelerate its plans to open over 300 stores in the next three to four years with an additional aim to grow its ice cream business.
Jubilant Bhartia Group operates in diverse sectors such as pharmaceuticals, food, food service (QSR), agri products, and auto among others.
