JSA advised Summit Digitel Infrastructure Limited (“Summit”), (one of India’s largest telecom infrastructure providers, with over 151,000+ operational telecom sites), in connection with an issue by way of private placement of listed, rated, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (“NCDs”) of INR 1,200,00,00,000 (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred Crores) by Summit.
The NCDs were used inter alia for refinancing of certain existing debt of Summit and general corporate purposes.
