LeapFrog Investments’ proposed investment of ~USD 30 Million in Auxilo Finserve
JSA assisted LeapFrog Investments (“LeapFrog”) in its proposed investment in Auxilo Finserve Private Limited (“Auxilo”).
The round will also see participation from Xponentia Capital and Trifecta Capital which are existing investors in the Company. The other existing investors in Auxilo include ICICI Bank and Tata Capital Growth Fund.
Auxilo Finserve is promoted by Mr. Akash Bhansali of Elme Advisors, and co-invested by Balrampur Chini Mills. Auxilo provides education loans to students aspiring to study in India and abroad.

Her experience includes rendering advisory and structuring services on a variety of transactions including acquisitions of shares & business, private equity investments, joint ventures and corporate advisory.
Sidharrth specializes in General Corporate Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity. He has been representing multi-national companies in cross-border transactions, advising on foreign direct investments, outbound investments, joint ventures, technology transfers, retail & franchising and commercial contract issues.
