JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) acted as the sole and lead counsel to Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited (“Glenmark”) before the Competition Commission of India (“CCI”) in relation to an investigation alleging contravention of Section 3(1) of the Competition Act, 2002 (as amended).
JSA successfully obtained an order from the CCI closing the matter in favour of Glenmark, with the CCI recording no finding of contravention against Glenmark.
